The wine cellar, immersed in our vineyards, was projected with a careful evaluation of environmental and architectural study.
It houses an underground space dedicated to the processing of our grapes which offers an ideal climate for the conservation and aging of wines.

The upper floor overlooking the Majella is dedicated to the reception of guest and tasting of our organic products.


We verify the natural adaptability of the vines to the individual plots, analysing the soil, the microclimate, and the exposure. We carefully select the cultivars to be planted, the best rootstock and the optimal clones for a quality production aimed at excellent winemaking.

The vineyards are grown in espalier with a high density of vines per hectare (over 4000). Severe pruning limit production below 100 quintals / hectares.
